Share your professional experience as a mentor with young people from immigrant backgrounds seeking employment. Meet 2 hours weekly for 6 months, helping develop job search strategies from resume writing to job applications. Mentors receive initial training (4 days), ongoing support, peer meetings, and guidance throughout the 6-month program.
