Reception of people leaving prison with the objective of establishing a social and professional reintegration plan. This follow-up consists of regular interviews (generally weekly) conducted at the association's premises. No particular technical skills are required, but good listening skills and sound judgment, the ability to work as part of a team, and motivation to combat recidivism are sought-after qualities. Volunteer training is provided internally by the association and supplemented by regular external training.
