Mission description

As part of the branch team and under the branch manager's authority, participate in reintegration actions while respecting the association's principles. Monitor multiple beneficiaries and assist with various follow-up tasks and branch operations. Attend training sessions and work meetings. As an active association member, help promote the organization. Key activities include listening, assessing situations, meeting with beneficiaries, proposing integration plans, contacting relevant partners, documenting interviews, maintaining files, and managing reintegration support.
