Mission description

Employment mentoring facilitates job access for people in professional reintegration. For up to 6 months, a volunteer mentor individually supports a candidate through the end of their probation period. The mentee receives tailored support in their job search based on their needs and career goals. Through personalized individual support, each mentee is supported in their job search by a volunteer professional in recruitment—someone with expertise in recruiting from their professional experience. Mentor-mentee pairs are established based on compatibility between the mentor's experience and the mentee's professional project.
