Functions and missions: Welcome and listen by creating a warm, welcoming environment for rest and conversation over coffee or games; provide individual accompaniment and guidance by listening to requests, helping people take ownership of their projects, orienting them to relevant services; participate in and organize collective activities such as cultural outings, trips, or workshops during reception times.
