People at risk of relational isolation need regular and caring contact. This isolation can be broken by organizing connections via phone, video or other communication methods. Accept this mission to help an isolated person in a care home by: accompanying them on outings; sharing enjoyable moments around board games; and much more according to your and their interests. You'll exchange with the person and keep tabs on their well-being, escalating alerts to structures when necessary.
