Mission description

Respond to requests from elderly and dependent people and help set up teleassistance services. Participate in teleassistance training, receive installation requests from ADMR or the departmental federation, explain the service to clients, handle contracts and installation with subscribers and their relatives, and ensure follow-up on service requests and maintenance.
