Respond to requests from elderly and/or dependent people and help set up teleassistance: attend teleassistance service training, receive installation requests from local ADMR or the departmental federation, explain services to clients, finalize contracts and install teleassistance with subscribers and relatives, and follow up on service requests (maintenance, etc.). Volunteers work at elderly people's homes to install teleassistance.
