I welcome and direct visitors at a participatory bike workshop

Mission description

At our participatory and solidarity workshop, I am the first person visitors meet. I explain how the workshop operates, guide them according to their needs, and answer their questions. I also manage memberships and payments (memberships, spare parts, bikes). Finally, I relay messages and requests to different departments of the association (bike school, workshop, etc.). This is a key role in ensuring everyone is welcomed and supported from the moment they arrive. By volunteering, I directly contribute to promoting an ecological, economical, and accessible mode of transportation. I help people sometimes facing difficulties (precarity, mobility, isolation).
