Mission description

In Lyon, we seek volunteers to welcome beneficiaries and manage our solidarity counter. Emmaüs Connect equips and supports people distant from digital technology. Our digital solidarity spaces are entry points where people access phone credits, discounted equipment, and free activities. Your role: welcome beneficiaries, orient them to services, manage activity sign-ups and appointment schedules, and provide digital assistance.
