I become vice-president of a home support association

Mission description

As vice-president, the volunteer supports the President in developing association strategy and helps define implementation methods. You exercise this role under the control of the local association President and board, to whom you report. The role requires teamwork with the President, board members, staff, commission members, neighboring association presidents, and department federation teams. You'll also work with many partners including local officials, municipalities, and local associations. Additionally, you participate in animating association life and statutory meetings, support strategic reflection, and ensure board decisions are implemented.
