Act as a local contact between the association and the municipality (residents, town hall, local partners). This is an essential role to strengthen the association's proximity, visibility, and local anchoring. Link the association with the community by informing the association of local needs or specific resident requests and relaying the association's actions within the municipality. Represent the association locally by participating in meetings, events, or forums and being the identified contact for elected officials and partner services. Support the association's visibility through local communication and event coordination.
