Mission description

DDENs (Departmental Delegates) are volunteers and partners of public education, inspired by ideals of justice, equality and fraternity. Operating between the institution, educational staff, municipalities and parents, DDENs complement the school board. This official role includes oversight of school facilities, equipment, safety, staffing, school meals, transportation, school activities and related matters. DDENs provide independent vigilance and propose improvements across multiple domains.
