Since 1946, the Little Brothers of the Poor have fought isolation and loneliness among elderly people, prioritizing the most disadvantaged. Through our actions, we rebuild connections allowing them to regain joy in living. Our mission: home or collective housing visits (nursing homes, care residences). It is essential that people at risk of social isolation receive regular, compassionate contact through visits or phone calls. The Melun team includes about thirty elderly people awaiting volunteers.
