Your main responsibility is to ensure the development and influence of your delegation. You will have a global view of all delegation activities. You'll integrate with an existing team—the mission is done in partnership with a volunteer delegate and you're in direct, regular contact with the employed staff member (development manager). These exchanges allow you to discuss challenges and best practices. Additionally, you'll participate in recruiting new volunteer coordinators, integrate them, and ensure the volunteer training program is followed. You'll support and care for your coordinators and organize regular meetings.
