Mission description

Retired or near-retirement volunteers serve as mentors, providing—based on their expertise and the apprentice's needs—academic support, help with administrative procedures, housing search assistance, apprenticeship contract guidance, and moral support. Meet interesting and often rewarding young people from diverse backgrounds. Mentors receive training and ongoing team support with technical resources. Work with youth at all levels: CAP, vocational baccalaureate, BTS, professional license, master's.
