Support volunteers in using tools (existing and new), install and configure tools, and provide troubleshooting for computers (hardware or software issues) remotely or on-site. You'll work in tandem with the IT manager. Requirements: have a home computer with internet access, be willing to provide remote support and troubleshooting, know Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office (from 2003 onwards), be able to install/restore/repair software, regularly use the internet (browsing, email, ADSL, box installation), and share the values of solidarity, neutrality, and compassion of Restos du Cœur.
