Mission description

As a member of the supervisory team within a local group, provide quality activities and supervision for young people. Responsibilities include contributing to an educational project, organizing educational activities (games, evening events, nature, crafts, sports), supervising daily life, communicating with families, and monitoring progress. Activities occur on half-days (usually Saturday afternoons), full days, or weekends per a schedule agreed among leaders. A 2-3 week summer camp is organized during holidays. Regular but not mandatory attendance at every meeting is expected.
