Mission description

Accompany one to three children throughout the year to help them feel confident at school. Propose varied and engaging activities to build their confidence and academic progress. Emphasize citizenship and culture. You will be supported by a staff mentor who will train and guide you.

Contact et Promotion est une association, laïque et apolitique, fondée en 1969. Elle s’engage pour la cohésion sociale dans l’Eurométropole de Strasbourg en mobilisant des bénévoles qui accompagnent les familles en particulier celles étrangères ou d’origine étrangère dans leur insertion sociale et professionnelle. Contact comme rencontre de personnes d’origines, de milieux, d’âges, d’horizons différents, pour s’ouvrir aux autres et partager. Promotion pour valoriser les différentes cultures, lutter contre les inégalités et contribuer au développement des compétences, tant vis-à-vis des personnes accueillies que des membres de l’association. Nous nous adressons aux enfants et aux jeunes, à leurs familles, aux adultes, français·es ou étranger·ères, des quartiers où nous intervenons, en veillant à faire d’abord la place à celles et ceux qui ont des difficultés dans leur insertion sociale ou professionnelle.
