Mission description

As part of the unit leadership team in a local group, ensure quality facilitation and supervision for young people. Implement the educational project, organize educational activities (games, campfires, nature, crafts, sports), manage daily life, communicate with families, and monitor each child's progress. Activities occur on half-days (usually Saturday afternoons), full days, or weekends as scheduled. A one-week summer camp is organized. Regular but not mandatory attendance at each meeting.
