Employment mentoring facilitates job access for people returning to work. Over 6 months maximum, a volunteer mentor individually supports a candidate through their trial period. Mentees receive personalized support in their job search, adapted to their needs and career goals. Each mentee is supported by a volunteer with recruitment expertise established through professional compatibility.
