I help a young person from child welfare services prepare for their future

Mission description

Entering the job market or choosing a career path is a crucial step, often more challenging for young people in child welfare services (ASE). Become a mentor with the association Les Ombres and guide a young person (14-21 years old) to equip them with professional skills and help build their future. Your role is to guide the young person through orientation and career insertion processes. Depending on their needs, you can help with: writing and refining CVs and motivation letters, actively searching for internships and apprenticeships, preparing for job interviews, reviewing and compiling application files (such as Parcoursup), and discovering workplace norms.
