Give a boost to a young job seeker from an immigrant background. After training, you mentor a young person in their job search through weekly meetings over six months, sharing professional experience and labor market knowledge. Become a trusted mentor helping them gain autonomy by: clarifying career goals, exploring training and professions, advising on job search tools and interviews, developing networks, and preparing for meetings.
