Mission description

LADAPT is a recognized public utility association supporting people with disabilities to co-create a society where everyone can 'Live together, equal and different.' LADAPT invites you to join its volunteer network—Marseille chapter—supporting people with disabilities seeking employment. Mentoring includes: Encourage the job seeker when they doubt themselves • Share your experience in your sector of activity • Advise on writing motivation letters and resumes • Help prepare job interviews. The ideal volunteer is: committed, pragmatic, and respectful of individual differences while maintaining professional standards.
