DUO for a JOB offers a mentoring program to facilitate access to employment for young people from immigrant backgrounds by connecting them with volunteer mentors over 50 years old. These mentors share their experience to help young people integrate into the job market. To achieve this, they meet weekly for 6 months to work toward mutually defined objectives. Through this intergenerational and intercultural project, DUO for a JOB aims to contribute to a more inclusive society by reducing inequalities in access to the job market and by valuing the experience of people over 50.
