Le Chaînon Manquant - LCMMission description
Our volunteers collect surplus fresh and perishable food daily from various food professionals (cafeterias, event caterers, restaurants, shops) using refrigerated vans, then redistribute immediately to nearby solidarity associations. Quality surplus can be consumed the same day by those most in need. We're seeking the best drivers in Paris for our collection routes, plus collection companions—it's more fun and efficient with others.
