I lead community outreach walks to meet people experiencing homelessness

Mission description

Are you concerned about extreme poverty? Are you a good educator? Do you enjoy connecting with people from all backgrounds? Do you have strong interpersonal skills? This mission is for you! At Entourage, an outreach walk is a mobile meeting. We visit people experiencing homelessness and talk with them, taking time to get to know them and offer some human warmth. Why is it important? Supporting citizens helps them change perspectives, creates connections with people experiencing homelessness for more human warmth in your neighborhood, and gets them involved in Entourage events. Your role: As a facilitator, you accompany participants (residents) in meeting people experiencing homelessness.
