Chapitre 2Mission description
Help break down invisible barriers between vulnerable young people (16-17 years) and other youth by becoming a mentor to a young person experiencing family rupture. Chapitre 2 supports vulnerable youth toward independence through social and professional integration. You'll be paired with a 16-17 year old for at least 6 months, spending time together to build trust and create meaningful connection.
