Help break invisible barriers by mentoring a vulnerable young person (16-17 years old) in family crisis. Chapitre 2 accompanies vulnerable youth toward autonomy through social and professional integration. As a mentor, you'll be paired with a young person for at least 6 months, spending time together to build a meaningful relationship and support their development.
