Combat youth isolation by creating connection with a vulnerable young person. Chapitre 2 guides vulnerable young people toward autonomy through social and professional integration. For a minimum of 6 months, pair with an 18-23 year-old in isolation or vulnerability. Build trust through time together and get to know each other. Enjoy guidance, training, and a community of motivated, engaged young people.
