Chapitre 2

Chapitre 2's mission is to support young people aged 14 to 25 in situations of severe vulnerability towards independence, meaning social and professional integration. The association works hand in hand with existing structures and offers various support programs for the young people it accompanies, in order to prevent disruptions in their journey and slides into precarity. The association's programs include: 👥 A horizontal mentoring program, "Côte à Côte", which fosters social connection between isolated vulnerable young people and volunteers of the same age 💼 Professional integration support programs (guidance, training, coaching) to support young people from their initial orientation through their search for an internship, apprenticeship or job 💰 Tailored and occasional financial support for young people without resources who cannot benefit from existing aid 🤝 An "aftercare service" to support young people leaving child welfare services who need help with their integration process (access to rights, healthcare, housing etc.) and guide them towards independence To support young people in severe situations of vulnerability and combat slides into precarity, embark on a…
