The Arts & Métiers Foundation and partner associations are mobilizing for the 'One Young Person, One Mentor' project to prevent school dropout starting in 9th grade. Mentoring aims to support young people in their educational path from 9th to 10th grade, help them recognize their strengths, build confidence, and become independent, strengthening their academic motivation. The mission starts in April 2024. What will you gain? Develop your listening, teaching, and leadership skills while building soft skills like emotional intelligence, flexibility, and open-mindedness.
