Mission description

The Arts & Métiers Foundation and the associations Arts & Métiers Alumni, IESF, Women Engineers and Career Projects are mobilizing for the "One Young Person, One Mentor" project to prevent school dropout starting in 8th grade. The goal of mentoring is to guide the young person in their education choice from 8th to 9th grade in a structured way, help them recognize their skills, build confidence in themselves and become autonomous, to strengthen their school motivation. The mission starts in October 2023. What will you gain from this experience? Develop your listening, teaching and leadership skills. Practice soft skills such as emotional intelligence, flexibility and open-mindedness.
