Mission description

The Arts & Métiers Foundation and partner organizations are launching the 'One Young Person, One Mentor' project to prevent school dropout starting in 8th grade. Mentoring supports young people's career guidance from 8th to 9th grade, helps them recognize their strengths, build confidence, and become independent to boost school motivation. What will you gain? Develop your listening, teaching, and leadership skills; practice soft skills like emotional intelligence, flexibility, and openness—competencies valuable in any field.
