Mission description

The Arts & Métiers Foundation and partner organizations launch the "One Young Person, One Mentor" project to prevent school dropout from 8th grade onwards. Mentors accompany students from 8th to 9th grade, helping them develop awareness of their strengths, build confidence, and gain autonomy to strengthen their academic motivation. The program starts in June 2023. By taking part, you will develop listening skills, teaching abilities, and leadership competencies, along with soft skills like emotional intelligence, flexibility, and open-mindedness.
