Mission description

The Arts & Métiers Foundation and partner associations are mobilizing for the "One Young Person, One Mentor" project to prevent school dropout from 8th grade onwards. The mentoring goal is to guide young people from 8th to 9th grade in their studies and career planning, help them recognize their strengths, build confidence, and become independent. Through this experience, you'll develop listening skills, teaching ability, and leadership, and practice soft skills like emotional intelligence, flexibility, and open-mindedness—valuable competencies for career development.
