You receive notifications detailing the help needed in your area (administrative assistance, daily help, tips, life projects). Requests may be one-time or recurring, in-person or remote. Truly act to help families with disabilities overcome isolation and provide respite through your presence. You need empathy, discretion, and kindness—no specific skills required.
