La Cravate Solidaire promotes job insertion for unemployed people by fighting discrimination through professional clothing donations and business culture mentoring to boost self-esteem. We organize concrete 2-hour individual workshops called 'Coup de Pouce'! Use your HR expertise and knowledge of verbal and non-verbal business codes to help others with flexible commitment. Accompany at least 3 beneficiaries per workshop and prepare them through mock job interviews!
