Mission description

Catholic Relief Marne-Ardennes is looking for volunteers whose mission will be to: welcome people in a friendly manner, listen to them, and offer support and understanding; advise people and direct them to appropriate social organizations and services; build relationships with people; handle necessary administrative tasks for follow-up; and allocate emergency aid as needed within our assistance and support policy. Skills needed include: being attentive and kind to expressed needs, and knowledge of local services and organizations involved in combating social issues.
