Mission description

As a volunteer, you will help provide a warm welcome to people facing difficulties and support them in their efforts while promoting their independence. Your tasks will include: welcoming people in a trusting atmosphere, listening with compassion and offering support and understanding; informing, advising and directing people to social organizations, appropriate services or activities offered by the local team; building trust and fostering social connection to reduce isolation; tracking support by handling necessary administrative tasks (files, follow-up sheets); and allocating aid when the situation requires it.
