Mission description

Welcome and support people in difficulty. Meet with people by appointment, provide friendly telephone and in-person welcome (coffee, refreshments), understand their needs and refer them if necessary, and work as a team with other volunteers to follow up with families or individuals. Required skills: alignment with Secours Catholique's mission, participation in training, and comfort with active listening.
