Mission description

Inform centers and give meaning to the association's project. Accompany center team relationships with volunteers. Monitor different activity center projects and challenges. Anticipate renewal of center leadership teams. Required skills and qualities: Strong observation and listening abilities, capacity to build trust, ability to communicate and convince groups, skill in analyzing situations and proposing collaborative solutions, and mobility. Internal training provided.
