I carry out missions assigned by the association: Criminal mediation

Mission description

The association seeks engaged volunteers wanting to use their interpersonal skills to resolve conflicts and serve local justice. As a volunteer criminal mediator, you'll facilitate dialogue between parties involved in an offense in a confidential, impartial, and respectful setting. Criminal mediation restores communication, seeks appropriate solutions, and helps prevent recidivism. You will conduct mediation interviews between parties, either in pairs or independently based on your experience, listen, facilitate dialogue, and help participants reach and sign an agreement sent to the court.
