KodikoMission description
Become a mentor to a refugee to support their professional journey. Provide 23 hours of mentoring between November 5, 2026 and mid-April 2027. We match you with a refugee (ideally in your field when possible). Share your professional experience, insights from your career, and advice—no HR or coaching expertise required. Your role is to pass on knowledge of the French job market and guide their professional project, not to find them employment.
