Mission description

UFC QUE CHOISIR is seeking volunteers to accompany and defend consumers in disputes with professionals (banks, insurance, automobiles, everyday goods, etc.). Provide information, advice, and help resolve disagreements amicably in person, by phone, and online. Basic knowledge of insurance and related regulations, ease with relationships, and listening skills are appreciated. Also needed: curiosity, perseverance, computer proficiency, and ability to write well-argued letters. This mission lets you help consumers assert their rights against professionals.
