Kodiko

In France, without specific support, a refugee takes an average of 5 years to achieve lasting employment integration. This observation led to the creation of KODIKO, an association founded in Paris in 2016. KODIKO contributes to building a more inclusive society by offering companies an employee engagement solution through a structured program supporting refugees in their path to employment. The KODIKO program takes place at the heart of our partner companies through a mentoring system carried out by their employees. This support is complemented by group workshops led by volunteer experts, coaches, and the association's team. KODIKO is a win-win and unifying program that meets employees' search for meaning and helps create communities of engagement. For refugees, it is a springboard that enables them to better understand the job market and how companies operate in France, to build their professional network, and to become independent job seekers.
