Le Passage is a French nonprofit association founded in 2009 in a spirit of humanism and solidarity. Its mission is to provide support to people at the end of life, elderly individuals, and/or those who are ill, as well as to support their loved ones. The association is recognized as being of public benefit and is referenced by the SFAP (French Society of Palliative Care). Our main activities include: - Supporting people at the end of life in nursing homes and healthcare facilities - Support groups for bereaved individuals
