Le PassageMission description
Accompany people nearing the end of life or living with serious illness so they don't face this time alone. Provide human presence through listening, conversation, reading, sharing moments, or supporting their loved ones. This relational support complements care provided by healthcare professionals in hospitals or care homes, always respecting the person's wishes and confidentiality. Mandatory initial training and ongoing support are provided.
