Friendly Educational Mutual Aid, or ESA, has been committed for over 50 years to equal opportunities. Recognized as a complement to public education, each year it supports the schooling of over 4,000 children from primary school through their final year of secondary education, whose parents are unable to help them or arrange for them to receive help. By joining ESA, you will mentor a child once a week near your home or workplace (the schedule is set by mutual agreement). Your role will be to restore their confidence, support their independence by addressing their gaps in knowledge, and help them organize their work. Our objective: to foster their development in their schooling and their future personal and professional goals. To achieve this, you will be supported by a branch coordinator and will benefit from training.
