Mission description

Mentor children from primary through secondary school who lack family academic support. Visit one child weekly for one hour at their home in the presence of a family member. You'll be guided by a volunteer co-coordinator throughout your involvement, joining a network of committed volunteers.

L’Entraide Scolaire Amicale ou E.S.A s'engage depuis plus de 50 ans pour l’égalité des chances. Agréée complémentaire de l'enseignement public, chaque année, elle accompagne dans leur scolarité plus de 4 000 enfants du CP à la Terminale, que leurs parents ne peuvent ni aider ni faire aider. En rejoignant l’E.S.A, vous interviendrez près de votre domicile ou de votre lieu de travail pour mentorer un enfant une fois par semaine (l’horaire est fixé d’un commun accord). Il s’agira de lui redonner confiance en lui, de l’accompagner dans son autonomie en comblant ses lacunes et en l’aidant à organiser son travail. Notre objectif : favoriser son épanouissement dans sa scolarité et son futur projet personnel et professionnel. Pour y parvenir, vous serez accompagné par un responsable d’antenne et bénéficierez de formations.
