E.S.A invites students, professionals, and retirees to volunteer as weekly mentors for students whose parents cannot provide academic support. The role includes individualized mentoring (building confidence, methodology, academic guidance), helping them discover the wider world, and supporting parental involvement in education. We seek volunteers committing one hour per week during the school year.
