Ce Qui Compte Vraiment

What Really Matters, through its project Every Story Really Matters, offers high school students the opportunity to meet an elderly person residing in a nursing home. Each week, every young participant collects the stories, memories, and anecdotes of the elderly person to write their life book. The young people become witnesses to the past of our elders, accompany them, and listen to them. The words resonate in their own lives and invite them to reflect on what really matters to them. More than a biography, this life book is a voice, a memory, a testimony of what the elderly person has experienced, of their era, of their generation. Meeting and passing on knowledge are at the heart of this project.
